Early Life & Education
Born to Janet and Lee Zweben, Evan developed strong roots in the South Jersey community early in his life. He demonstrated leadership and camaraderie from a young age, becoming an active member of the Sigma Alpha Rho fraternity (Beta Iota chapter), an organization known for helping young men develop foundational business and networking skills.
Zweben pursued higher education at Towson University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. This academic background provided him with the analytical framework he would later apply to complex commercial real estate transactions, market analysis, and investment strategies.

Zweben’s career in commercial real estate spanned nearly two decades, characterized by consistent top-tier performance and strategic foresight.
- Colliers International (2004–2021): Zweben spent 17 years at Colliers International, eventually rising to the role of Senior Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Healthcare Services. During his tenure, he specialized in the leasing and sale of office and medical properties. His exceptional performance earned him the prestigious Colliers Everest Award—recognizing the firm’s highest producers globally—on multiple occasions (2011, 2014, 2015, and 2019). He was also a four-time recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award, recognizing him as one of the region’s “Top 20 Leasing Brokers”.
- Wolf Commercial Real Estate (2021–2026): In September 2021, Zweben joined WCRE as Executive Vice President and Broker Manager. In this leadership capacity, he oversaw brokerage operations, mentored emerging professionals, and provided high-level advisory services to property owners, tenants, and investors across the Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia markets.

He is survived by his loving wife, Caryn Zweben; his children, Ryan and Marissa, who were the center of his world; his parents, Janet and Lee Zweben; and his sister, Samantha (Amy Turner) Zweben. He leaves behind a wide network of friends, colleagues, and community members who will deeply miss his warmth, optimism, and leadership.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 12:00 noon at Platt Memorial Chapels, Inc., located at 2001 Berlin Road, Cherry Hill, NJ, with relatives and friends invited to gather beginning at 11:00 AM. The service will also be live-streamed for those unable to attend in person. Burial will follow at Crescent Memorial Park in Pennsauken, NJ. Shiva will be observed at the home of Janet and Lee Zweben.
